The Secret Adversary

Two young adventurers, Tommy and Tuppence, out of money and seeking excitement after the First World War, form a private-investigation agency. Their first case drags them into a dangerous conspiracy involving secret wartime documents, missing persons and an elusive enemy known only as “Mr. Brown.”
